Button.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Charles W. Button, editor and proprietor of the Lynchburg Virginian, the sum of eighty dollars and ninety-three cents, the balance due him on account for advertising the sale of property levied on by E.
