CHAP. 154.— An act granting a pension to John Glenn.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Glenn.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, 808 FORTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 154–158. 1883. the name of John Glenn, late a member of the Indiana State Militia, who was wounded and disabled in the Morgan raid in July, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to take effect from and after the passage of this act.
