CHAP. 154.— An Act to donate one condemned cast iron cannon to the citizens of Otsego Michigan.May 17, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Condemned cannon for soldiers’ monument, Otsego, Mich. That the Secretary of War be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to deliver to the citizens of Otsego, Michigan, one condemned east iron cannon, if the same can be spared without serious detriment to the government, to place in their cemetery, near the soldiers’ monument. Approved, May 17, 1882.
