CHAP. 153.— An Act to authorize the Secretary of War to torn over to Sampson Post Number Twenty-two of the Grand Army of the Republic, of Rochester, New Hampshire, four condemned cannon.May 17, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Condemned cannon for Sampson Post No. 22, G. A. R., Rochester, N. H. That the Secretary of War is hereby directed to turn over and deliver to Sampson Post Number Twenty-two of the Grand Army of the Republic, of Rochester, New Hampshire, to be placed about the soldiers monument in said Rochester, four condemned cast iron cannon.
