CHAP. 151.— An Act donating condemned cast iron cannon to the Soldiers’ Monument association of Birmingham, Connecticut.May 17, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Condemned cannon for soldiers’ monument, Birmingham, Conn. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized to deliver, if the same can be done without detriment to the government, four condemned cast iron cannon to the order of the president of the Soldiers’ Monument association of Birmingham, Connecticut, to be used in ornamenting a monument in process of erection by said association, when fully completed. Approved, May 17, 1882.
