CHAP. 150.— An act for the relief of Clinton. D. Smith,Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Clinton D. Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Clinton. D. Smith, late of Company C, Eighty 807 FORTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 150–154. 1883. fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and grant him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of eighteen dollars per month now allowed him, said increased pension to begin on the date of the approval of this act. Approved, March 3, 1883.
