CHAP. 142.— An Act granting a pension to Sally C. Mulligan.May 11, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sally C. Mulligan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, anti he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sally C. Mulligan, mother of James S. Mulligan, late first lieutenant of Company I of the Twenty-first Regiment New York Volunteers. Approved, May 11, 1882.
