CHAP. 140.— An Act granting a pension to Catherine Silvey.May 11, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catherine Silvey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catherine Silvey, mother of Francis E. Silvey, late of Company D., Ninety-ninth Regiment New York Volunteers. Approved, May 11, 1882.
