CHAP. 139.— An Act for the relief of Eli D. Watkins.May 11, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eli D. Watkins.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension now paid Eli D. Watkins, late a private in the Fifth Regiment Kentucky Cavalry Volunteers, from thirty-one dollars and twenty-five cents per month to the rate of pension now allowed by law for the loss of both legs. Approved, May 11, 1882.
