CHAP. 125.— An Act granting a pension to Margaret McCormick.May 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret McCormick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret McCormick, widow of Robert McCormick and mother of James McCormic deceased, late of Company B, seventy-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay her a pension as the widow of said Robert McCormick, Approved, May 5, 1882.
