CHAP. 111.— An Act to authorize the appointment of an ordnance storekeeper in the army.May 1, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ordnance storekeeper, Army, appointed. That the President is hereby authorized to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint an ordnance storekeeper in the ordnance department of the army; and all laws .inconsistent herewith are hereby suspended for *Proviso*.the purposes of this act only: *Provided*, That prior to his appointment he shall have passed a satisfactory examination before a board of ordnance officers Approved, May 1, 1882.
