CHAP. 110.— An act granting a pension to Mrs Helen M. Thayer.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Helen M. Thayer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs Helen M. Thayer, widow of Charles H. Thayer, late a private in Com pany C. Tenth Regiment Maine Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1883.
