CHAP. 109.— An act granting a pension to Mrs Susan Bayard.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Susan Bayard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Susan Bayard, widow of Anthony W. Bayard, a soldier of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, March 3, 1883.
