CHAP. 105.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Jane Dulany.April 25, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jane Dulany.Pension in creased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Dulany, widow of Colonel William Dulany late of the United States Marine Corps, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act at the rate of fifty dollars a mouth, in lieu of her present pension. Approved, April 25, 1882.
