CHAP. 104.— An act granting a pension to Edgar B. Lamphier.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edgar B. Lamphier.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edgar B. Lamphier, late a private in the Twenty-sixth Regiment New York Light Artillery Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1883.
