CHAP. 103.— An act for the relief of David Mordecai and J Randolph Mordecai, composing the commercial firm of Mordecai and Company, of Baltimore, Maryland.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mordecai and Company.Relief of. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay David Mordecai and J. Randolph Mordecai, composing the commercial firm of Mordecai and Company, of Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of eight hundred and twenty-two dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated; which said sum was illegally collected from vessels owned by them by the collector of customs at Charleston, South Carolina.
