CHAP. 99.— An Act for the relief of Henry F. Lines.March 1, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry F. Lines, pay. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Henry F, Lines, late a private in Company B, First Illinois Artillery, the sum of three hundred and sixty dollars in full payment and satisfaction of all his claim, pay, and allowance as a soldier, and as a military telegraph operator from June first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to September eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, both inclusive, and upon such payment to close the account of said Lines on the books of his department.
