CHAP. 99.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Francis L. Galt.May 22, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Francis L. Galt. That all political disabilities imposed upon Francis L. GaltPolitical disabilities. of Virginia by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, May 22, 1880.
