CHAP. 95.— An Act to amend section thirty-five hundred and twenty-four of the Revised Statutes so as to authorize a charge for melting or refining bullion when at or above standard.March 1, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,R. S. 3524, amended. That section thirty-five hundred and twenty-four of the Revised Statutes of the United States be amended by striking out of said section the words “for melting and refining when bullion is below standard,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “for melting or refining bullion.” Approved, March 1, 1881.
