CHAP. 88.— An Act granting relief to Samuel B. Hutchison.Feb. 26, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel B. Hutchison, relief. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the said Samuel B. Hutchison, guardian of Mary Ann Shurlock, the amount of money due on certificate one hundred and fifty-three thousand four hundred and thirty-four, from September four, eighteen hundred and seventy- one, until the death of his ward, the said Mary Ann Shurlock.
