CHAP. 84.— An Act granting a pension to Hulda L. Barnard.Feb. 26, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hulda L. Barnard, pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Hulda L. Barnard, widow of Henry B. Barnard, late captain of Company K, Second New York Mounted Rifles, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act, at the raté received by her husband, Captain Henry B. Barnard, at the time of his death. Approved, February 26, 1881.
