CHAP. 83.— An act appropriating money to provide for the public printing.May 7, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Deficiency appropriation.Public printing. That the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to continue the public printing, the public binding, and for paper for public printing, including the cost of printing the debates and proceedings of Congress in the Congressional Record and for the departments and for lithographing, mapping and engraving being a deficiency for the present fiscal year.
