Carter. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directedPension. to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen W. F. Carter, of Bradley County, Tennessee. Approved, April 29, 1880.
