CHAP. 62.— An Act to fix the times for holding the district and circuit courts of the United States for the western district of Texas.Feb. 18, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States district and circuit courts, western district of Texas, when hold. That the district and circuit courts of the United States within and for the western district of Texas shall be holden at*the times hereinafter specified, namely:
At Austin, commencing on the first Tuesdays in January and June; at San Antonio, commencing ou the first Tuesdays in March and October; at Brownsville, commencing on the fourth Tuesdays in April and November. Sec. 2. That all laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Sec. 3. That this act take effect on the first day of March, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-one. Approved, February 18, 1881.
