Pryor, of New York.April 22, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate a/nd House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Roger A. Pryor. That all political disabilities imposed upon Boger A. Pryor, now a citizen of Now York, by the fourteenth amendmentPolitical disabilities. to the constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, April 22, 1880.
