CHAP. 57.— An Act granting a pension to Martha Neil.Feb. 15, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha Neil, pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Martha Neil, mother of James Neil, deceased, late a private of Company E, of the One hundred and fourteenth Regiment of Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 15, 1881.
