CHAP. 54.— An Act to donate twelve condemned bronze cannon to the Blair Monument Association of Saint Louis, Missouri.April 16, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Blair Monument Association, of St. Louis, Mo. That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to deliver to the Blair Monument Association, of Saint Louis, Missouri, or its proper officers, twelve Condemned cannon for a Monument.condemned bronze cannon, if the same can be spared without injury to the public service, for the purpose of aiding in the erection of a monument to the late Major-General Francis P.
