CHAP. 49.— An Act for the relief of James Monroe Heiskell, of Baltimore City, Maryland.Feb. 15, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Américain Congress assembled*,James Monroe HeiskeU, relief. That James Monroe Heiskell, of Baltimore City, Maryland, be, and he is hereby, relieved from the operation of section twelve hundred and eighteen of the Revised Statutes of the United States, being in chapter one, title fourteen, of said Revised Statutes.
