CHAP. 45.— An Act to change the time fur holding circuit and district courts of the United States ibr the western district of Virginia, hold at Danville, Virginia.Feb. 14, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Danville, Virginia, circuit and district courts, when held. That the United States circuit and district courts of the United States for the western district of Virginia, held at Danville, in the State of Virginia, shall hereafter be held at said city of Danville commencing on Tuesday after the third Monday in June and on Tuesday after the third Monday in November of each year, instead of the times now fixed by law.
Sec. 2. All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed. This act shall be in force from its passage. Approved, February 14, 1881.
