CHAP. 44.— An Act for the relief of William McGovern.April 1, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William McGovern; honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be issued to William McGovern, late of Company C, of the late First Begiment New York Volunteers, an honorable discharge from the service, to date from September ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, April 1, 1880.
