CHAP. 43.— An Act for the relief of A. B. Rowden.Feb. 9, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. B. Rowden, payment. That the proper accounting officers in the Treasury Department be and they are hereby, directed to pay to A. B. Bowden, of Meigs County, Tennessee, the pay due him as a second lieutenant of cavalry from the thirty-first day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to the seventh day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, deducting all payments heretofore made to said Bowden as first sergeant in said regiment. Approved, February 9, 1881.
