CHAP. 39.— An Act providing for the binding of the Internal Revenue Laws and Manual.June 27, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Internal Revenue Laws and Manual. That the Public Printer is hereby authorized to bind in cloth three thousand copies of the Compilation of Internal Revenue Laws and three thousand five hundred copies of the Internal Revenue Manual for the use of the Internal Revenue Bureau. Approved, June 27, 1879.
