CHAP. 37.— An Act for the relief of John S. Cunningham.Feb. 8, 1881. Be *it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* John S. Cunningham, accounts to be credited.That the proper accounting officers of the United State's Treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to place to the credit of John Scott Cunningham the sum of one thousand two hundred and eighty-four dollars and nineteen cents, being the amount embezzled by his late clerk while at the San Francisco Navy pay office. Approved, February 8, 1881.
