Beall, of Missouri.June 18, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,W. N.H. Beall. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the ConstitutionPolitical disabilities. of the United States on William N. U. Beall, of Saint Louis, Missouri, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 18, 1879.
