CHAP. 29.— An Act for the relief of Gibbes and Company, of Charleston, South Carolina.Feb. 20, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Gibbes and Company.Relief.Appropriation. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Messrs. Gibbes and Company, of Charleston, South Carolina, the sum of four thousand five hundred and seventy-six dollars and ninety-two cents, the same being a balance due said Gibbes and Company on account of money deposited by them with the Secretary of the Treasury.
