CHAP. 26.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Samuel B. Davis.Feb. 16, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel B. Davis. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel B. Davis, of Company C, Eighteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and pay him the pension now allowed by law to those who have lost both an arm and a leg. Approved, February 16, 1880.
