North of Culpeper County, Virginia.June 17, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,J. H. North. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the ConstitutionPolitical disabilities. of the United States, on James II. North of Culpeper County, Virginia, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 17, 1879.
