CHAP. 233.— An Act for the relief of John Hohstadt.June 15, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Hohstadt.War of 1812.Honorable discharge. That the Third Auditor of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to John Hohstadt, sergeant in Captain Elijah W. Wood’s company of Vermont Militia in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, an honorable, discharge from that service, and to so amend the records and rolls in the FORTY SIXTH CONGRESS.
Sess. II. On. 233, 251-256. 1880. 587 War Department as to relieve him from the charge of desertion; the said John Bohstadt to be entitled to the same bounty and pension as other soldiers of his rank and arm of service. Approved, June 15, 1880.
