CHAP. 231.— An Act granting a pension to John Fisher guardian of the infant heirs of William Dakin, deceased.June 15, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Fisher, guardian of infant heirs of William Dakin, deceased.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Fisher, of West Virginia, guardian of the infant heirs of William Dakin, deceased, late private of Company G, Sixth Itegiment of West Virginia Infantry, and pay him as such guardian the sum allowed by law to minor children of deceased private soldiers, until they, the said children, arrive respectively at the age of sixteen years, commencing from July thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, that being the date of the death of their said father.
