That so much of the act entitled “An act making appropriations for the construction, repair, preservation, and completion of certain works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes”, approved March third, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, as. provides for the survey of “ Chattahoochee” River, between Geneva and Newton, in Alabama, be, and the same is hereby, corrected so as to read, “Choctawhatchee” River, Alabama, from Geneva to Newton.
