CHAP. 219.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Charles Carroll Simms, of Virginia.June 14, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Charles Carroll Simms.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed upon Charles Carroll Simins, of the State of Virginia by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby removed. Approved, June 14, 1880.
