CHAP. 217.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of John Owins of Portsmouth, Virginia.June 14, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,John Owins.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States on John Owins of Virginia, be and the same are hereby removed. Approved, June 14, 1880.
