CHAP. 215.— An Act authorizing the Treasurer of the United States to refund to W. B. Farrar, of Whitfield County, Georgia, illegal taxes collected from him in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-seven.June 14, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. B. Farrar.Refund of illegal taxes. That the Treasurer of the United States be authorized and required to refund to W. B. Farrar, of Whitfield County, Georgia the sum of three hundred dollars, being the amount of illegal and unjust taxes paid during apart of the year eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, for deficiency in the production of spirits at his distillery.
