CHAP. 2.— An Act to amend section twenty-two hundred and thirty-eight of the Revised Statutes in relation to fees for final certificates in donaiion cases.Dec. 17, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,R. S. 2238 amended. That the sixth paragraph section twenty-two hundred and thirty-eight of the Revised Statutes the United States be, and the same is hereby, repealed, and that in lieu thereof the following paragraph be substituted:
" “A fee in donation cases of two dollars and fifty cents for each finalFees for land certificates. certificate for one hundred and sixty acres of land, five dollars tor three hundred and twenty acres, and seven dollars and fifty cents for six hundred and forty acres.” " Approved, December 17, 1880.
