CHAP. 193.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Harrietta M. Davis.June 10, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harrietta M. Davis.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Ulterior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, to increase the pension of Harrietta M. Davis, widow of the late Rear-Admiral Charles H. Davis, FORTY-SIXTH CONGRESS.
Sess. H. Ch. 193-197. 1880. 555 from thirty dollars to fifty dollars a month, said increase to take effect from and after the passage of this act; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to pay to the said Harrietta M. Davis the sum of money necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this act, out of any moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated. Approved, June 10, 1880.
