CHAP. 180.—An act for the relief of Levi Price. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Levi Price, refund of tax. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay Levi Price, of Frederick County, Maryland, the sum of two hundred dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to cause to be credited to said Levi Price by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue the sum of one thousand seven hundred and forty dollars and twenty three cents, the amount of tax improperly assessed against him. Approved, March 3, 1881.
