CHAP. 180.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Horace BoughtonJune 9, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Horace Bough-ton.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Horace Boughton, late colonel One hundred and forty-third Regiment New York Volunteers, and brevet brigadier-general, and pay him a pension of seventy-two dollars per month in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, June 9, 1880.
