Manigault Morris, of Georgia.June 9, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (fico-t birds of each House concurring therein)*,C. Maniganlt Morris.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed upon C. Manigault Morris, of the State of Georgia, by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 9, 1880.
