CHAP. 169.—An act granting a pension to Henry Mills. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Mills, pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Mills, late a private in Company D, of the Ninety-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1881.
