Tatnall, of Georgia.June 8, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,John R. F. Tat-nall.Political disabilities. That John It. F. Tatnall, of Georgia, be, and is hereby, relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth article of amendments to the Constitution of the United States.
